This is a legacy project for Dewhurst Developments, and along with the high-profile location, this project comes with a deep responsibility to ensure the careful restoration of the Lawson Heritage home. We have submitted a 37-page Heritage Conservation Plan which clearly identifies the heritage value of preserving this important piece of our history.

With almost an acre of land at the corner of Brighton and Foul Bay, there is more than enough space to sensitively add these new homes without negatively impacting the surrounding neighbours. We will design the three single-family homes with sensitivity to the neighbourhood and in keeping with the traditional nature of the restored Lawson Residence.
